Hi all,
I purchased an ESU Decoder tester model #53900. Looks like all the pictures except that the instructions and other information on teh package are in German. I can’t read German . Is there some place I can get it in English? Is it the same tester?

Gary,
I would try the ESU site:

Time...It marches on...without ever turning around to see if anyone is even keeping in step.
I did go to the ESU Site and tried to download the manual but it too is in GERMAN . I looked up their contact number and they have one in Pennsylvania but it just rings, says no one is available and hangs up.

As my wife would say, you skimmed it. All 3 manuals are bilingual. The top manual is very sparse in the way of directions.

Ok Big Daddy. Your wife is correct. When I look back at the package it too is bilingual. The English is grayed out. The print is tiny and. Just saw the German which is clear black on white.
Would an on line conversion site work? I use one for short sentances.
Never tried one for your issue though.
I guess you would have to scan each page.
Just wondering. Lots of stuff on the Internet.
Good luck though.
I made a decoder tester about ten years ago and it was kind of basic. Only a eight pin socket though and two LED's for front and rear.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
