I would like to add a motor decoder (and Power Pak) to a Rivarossi S100 0-6-0T. I already had an ESU Power Pak mini. I then ordered the wrong LokPilot decoder from an on-line business, which was the LokPilot V4.0 Micro DCC Next 18 Interface.
Question: Does ESU make a wiring harness that would allow me to connect this decoder to the socket in the engine? The engine would accept an NEM 6 pin 651 plug. Don't think I saw this type of cable offered by ESU but want to check this out before ordering another (correct) decoder. If there is no cable option for the decoder I have, then I'll order the correct one with cable and 651 plug. I did find reference at the ESU site that the Power Pak can be added to these decoders.

I haven't seen a NEXT18 to NEM6 harness before. Granted I haven't searched around for stuff that applies to mainly European models so maybe there is such an animal out there. Your best bet though is to probably return the Next 18 decoder and get the correct one. Or just hard wire a decoder, it is only 6 wires after all, track pickups, motor, and 2 to the headlight. Save the space of the connector and have more room for the Power Pack.
