ndbprr Dogbone layout with a staging area for each of three tracks in the return loops. Therefore the layout portion is six tracks wide (PRR corridor). Logic say's the visible portion should all have the same polarity regardless of direction since locaals will cross over to both sides so the reverser goes on each of the three tracks on the loops. I assume that one reverser for each loop is adequate and it does not matter which end shorts the reverser regardless of where in the loop it is connected. Odds of having trains entering and exiting the loops on the same track at the same time are about a million to one. thank you.
