 Clover House was the old go to for those, before Fast Tracks. Their web site is active, so they are probably still in business.

Source for fiber board copper ties

I need to buy a bunch of copper fiber board ties for Fastracks turnouts. Fastracks is now making such ties that are laser-cut and cost 3 times what they used to. They say it so we don't have to file the edges. 

There has to be another source for such things. Where should I look?
