MisterBeasley ... Believe me, you don't want to end up with a couple of dozen feeder wires going from one level to another.

Aw c'mooonnnn!!! This is the type of consideration that drags out a layout construction for years 'n years. Organization takes all the fun out of it, and the build is too soon over.
I think I've got a way to do this, thanks to MisterBeasley,
LION has three levels of track along the "Back 40" (Forty feet along the east and south walls). Him has track power beese on the facia of the middle level. LION uses 18ga feeders and 12 ga beese. (Beese is the SubChat plural of bus). Feeders go down along the wall (space was left there for such, and then drawn out to the beese on the facia.
Finished facia is applied over the top of the working fascia leaving all cabling in its own right of way.

I would create a separate track bus for each level. This will result in better power distribution. It's also easier to separate the layout into "power districts" with their own circuit breakers to make troubleshooting easier.
I've recently taken down my layout to move it. Believe me, you don't want to end up with a couple of dozen feeder wires going from one level to another.

Hello All ,
My main classicfaction yard is on the upper level, while my staging is on the lower level, I want to wire my upper level body of track to my track bus, which is below the staging yard, what is the best way of doing this?
Hope you all have a blesssed and safe Fall season.
