Is QSI and Quantum QSI the same?
BLI has manuals for several versions on their site.
Gary,
Yes. QSI provided the original Paragon decoders for BLI when they first came on the market. After that BLI dropped QSI, introduced their BlueLine then came the Pargon2, which is their proprietary decoder. Now they have the Paragon3.
BION, I was on Litchfield Station's website recently and they still had QSI upgrade chips that are at least 10+ years old by now.

Time...It marches on...without ever turning around to see if anyone is even keeping in step.
Same with me. Have some QSI doceders and wanted to update the firmwares.
After some digging I managed to get to the the content of old original site qsindustries.com. Domain name is not payed obviously because they are running out of business. Luckily the whole site is still available at hosting company and could be accessed using this URL http://shedaker.wixsite.com/shedaker
I grab what I need. Take a look and act now, not shure how long it will stay alive.
Hope that helps :)
Gary
Wow. Thanks all for your help. Looking for FP45, F7, and E8.
Tell me which sound files you need....

I'll get in touch with the only (barely) remaining part of the company and see if there's going to be any long term availability in the near or far term, as to the availability of sound.
FWIW... QSI Industries was always just a shell. QSI Solutions has always done the development, sound, and engineering once the ASIC was designed for the decoders. QSI Industries stopped supporting (and ultimately paying the bills owed to) QSI Solutions, leaving what was once a great small business in a pile of rubble.
There's more to the story, but that's enough to get a gist of what happened.
If anyone has questions or needs support, contact me and I'll do what I can to help you or get you in contact with the last remaining entity....
It seems like the actual company has cut off all direct contact and you need to go through the retail side, QS Industries. That web site is up, although there is little information other than an email contact (using a gmail address) and a referecne to go through the QSI Yahoo group for help.
Since pretty much every OEM ditched them in favor of either Tsunami or ESU, I suspect they are not in the greatest health as a company.
