If you uses the stock light bulbs, you blew out the function outputs. Staying on is a common symptom. Even bulbs rated for the proper voltage need a resistor to reduce the inrush current, LEDs are far bettwe because they don;t have this issue.

Also why a TSU-750 in a big loco? The motor stall current almost certainly exceeds the TSU-750 which have heat issues to begin with.

Soundtraxx Tsunami TSU-750 Lighting Issues
Posted by CPMike on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 7:26 PM

I recently installed a Tsunami TSU-750 decoder in a P2K SD60M. Everything functions as it should, however the headlight and reverse light are illuminated at the same time during track power, even if F0 is not on.

What confuses me is that I did not have this issue when the install was originally done; it only started a few days after running the locomotive. I've checked the wiring and everything is wired as it should be. I've tried a decoder reset and nothing. Wondering if anyone has any insight as to what my problem may be.

Thanks!!
