so im just getting started on my new layout and untill i get a decoder for my dcc system i have the tech 4 350 dc power pack. its a great pack and i was running trains earlier today wth the track i had doen. then i started laying more track and now it wont work! i tested the connections and redid them a half dozen times but nothin? i plugged it into fixed dc to see if the train got power and it did? but the throttle wont work? anyone have an idead on how i can fix this? any help is greatly appreciate.
