Greetings!

Sorry to revive such an old post, but how did you solve the white unresponsive screen with 'all entries' label on Decoder Pro? I have the exactly same issue, and couldn't find any related solution until now.

Regards,

Filipe

On startup do you get the option to create a new profile? Try launching PanelPro or DecoderPro3 instead, as each can have it's own config file and once you have more than one config file, starting ANY of the programs should prompt for which profile to use.

Decoder Pro issue
Posted by tstage on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 7:45 PM

I hooked up my NCE Power Cab and USB interface to my programming track and ran Decoder Pro (V4.4) on my Windows 10 tablet.  After a 5 seconds or so a message at the bottom of the screen would change from "Operations mode was online" to Operations mode is offline.  The Power Cab could operate a locomotive on the programming track but not program it.

I tried changing the comm port setting in Decoder Pro from 1 to 3.  THAT was a big mistake. Tongue Tied  Now when I restart Decoder Pro all I get is a white screen with the words "DecoderPro: All Entries" at the top left corner.  The only way to get out of it is to run Task Manager and click "End task".  The program that is running is "Java(TM) Platform SE binary".

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Decoder Pro but it hasn't made any difference.  Any ideas of what to try?  I'm running the most recent version of Java 8 (Update 111).  Thanks for the help...
