I found a simple plastic enclosure to contain my Power Cab's PCP,  Auto-SW, and USB Adapator.

Makes for a nice clean build that sits nicely on my work bench.

Joe,

I just used the top two holes in the PCP panel to secure it to the bottom edge of the fascia with dry wall screws.  The PCP board will fit underneath and be out of the way but still accessible.  And it would be more stable and secure than some enclosure.

You also need to have access to the power receptable and RJ12 cable port on the backside of the PCP board so that you can power it with the wall transformer, as well as daisy-chain your PCP to any UTP panel(s) you might want to add for plugging and using additional throttles to operate your layout.

Well, they are kind of designed to be mounted in the fascia. There's a new DCC series on MRVP where David Popp shows how to do this. The faceplate covers up what mess there might be in the hole behind it.

Now that I am done testing and programming my locos I need someway to enclose the PCP panel for my powercab since god forbid per my wife I should cut a hole in the fascia.  I was  thinking of enclosing it in some type of box but did not really find anything suitable in Home Depot.

Should I use  project box from All Electronics?
