Where to get a packet analying tool

 Have to make your own, or find one of the others that no one wants. There's probably no more than a dozen people who actually care, hence the commercial failure of the NCE and Pricom devices (not to mention the Pricom one was ridiculously expensive). It's not really difficult, there are NMRA DCC libraries for Arduino, and instead of decoding the packet to turn on an output or something, just dump the packet decode to the serial stream - instant packet sniffer.

Where to get a packet analying tool

I've been trying to buy a tool that allows me to analyze dcc packets and scrutinize the details. Everywhere I look for the NCE packet analyzer they say its out of stock with no delivery date. I saw Pricom had a tool, but it is discontinued.  Can anyone give me any ideas so I can analyze packets?
