Can I use MRC 1320 on high power when running On30 scale train or would it produce too much power and damage train engine?

Slide the Scale/Gauge switch located on the bottom of the DC MRC 1320 Throttlepack 9950 cabinet to HO/N position to run On30.  Also, you may find it necessary to turn off the Throttlepack 9950 momentum if the On30 locomotive is equipped with a dual mode DCC decoder. Best to remove the DCC decoder.
