So, I ordered my TCS Wowsound diesel decoder last weekend, and I just finished installing it today due to the fact that I ran out of flux. Anyways, I installed it, and when I press the horn and press func 9 to rotate through the horns, nothing happens, No voice indicating change of horns, or the new horn showing up. Same thing for the bell. Anybody know what's wrong? Do I have to do something before i'm able to rotate through horns? Any help is seriously appriciated.
