best method usage of reverser

If there will never be a second loco in any of the three section involved at the same time in crossing into or out of the reversing section, then you can do it. If there will be a second loco, then you should do each section with a reverser.

Railroad is a corridor based PRR with 6 tracks. Actually it is 3 dogbone loops with staging in the loops. If just loops there is no problem with polarity. In one district there are crossovers to allow locals to cross from the yard to the last track to service the industries. Is it a better idea to use one reverser for each track in the one district or keep the six tracks with the same polarity and use three reversers at each end loop? Thank you
