While I have Digitrax, including a DS64, I have never had this problem, nor seen anything like it.

Have you checked with Digitrax tech support yet? They are usually quick to respond to inquiries...

Maybe one of the others on here has seen this and might have some tips?

Sorry I couldnt help more.

Ds64 problem
Posted by bnsf0823 on Thursday, February 25, 2016 8:52 PM

i have several ds64's on my layout and they all work fine. Im trying to add another one to my layout but it is giving me fits.  I have its own seperate power supply with ps14 all of mine do.  I try to program the switches by holding down the id button for 3 seconds and when i push the id button the ops button lights up red too( as long as the id button is held in).  Then when the green light starts to flash only i program a switch # with a close or thrown command and when i hit t/c the red light will flash and the green light will not flash faster like its suppose to.  Does anyone have a clue why this would happen?  Maybe a bad ds64? Help
