Forgive me if this has been covered before. I notice in testing locos on the layout that various brands of DCC control systems are used over time. How is this facilitated on the same layout?

Victor,
The power bus and track feeders will be exactly the same for any and all the DCC systems. All you need is to isolate them electrically from one another. I'm guessing that Kalmbach does this with some sort of rotary switch. Rotate the switch to the desired DCC system, turn that system on, and operate the layout.

Time...It marches on...without ever turning around to see if anyone is even keeping in step.
Or unplug one and plug in the other.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
Perhaps someone on the staff can answer the question Monday?

Amtrak America, 1971-Present.
Ok, I know they have more than one system, so how do they switch back and forth? Did they answer that? Excuse my ignorance again, What is ask MRVP?
