Randy, Thanks for the quick reply. I have a DT402 throttle that I haven't used yet but I'll hook it up and see if I can program CVs 548/549 on the Switch8 and SwitchIts. I have a Zephyr with dedicated test/programming track on my workbench that I will use perform this programming.

It's on the last page of the Switch-It Mk2 manual.
Make sure all locos are off the track. Put the Switch-It in pgoram mode with output 1 selected, then use Ops Mde to ANY address to set 548 for toggle mode.
You need either JMRI or a DT402 throttle to program CVs over 255. This is a poor choice on NCE's part to use CVs so high up with no alternate means of access.

I am using Digitrax DCS-100 to control my layout (And a Zephyr on my test bench). I will be installing NCE Switch-8 and Switch-it stationary decoders to control turnouts. I need to set particular CVs (548, 549) on the NCE Switch devices to configure them for 'toggle' mode switch input. I have searched and I cannot figure out how to program stationary decoder/accessory CVs using either the DT-400 throttle or the Zephyr. Help?
Thanks.
