Athearn P42 circuit board

Yes.  You might need to put a resistor to limit current to LED.

I am adding flashing ditch lights to the Athearn P42. I plugged in a Digitrax 166 decoder, but do not see where to connect the ditch lights to the function 1 and function 2 on the circuit board.

Are they the two holes directly next to the purple and green wires on the RTR board?
