I agree with Barron on the track and connection issues. Additionally the NCE power cab has a setting in the cab paraameters to refresh the signal. This setting will ensure that the last signals sent will come back after the momentary loss of power. That way the lights should come back on.

No problems here with the decoder.
Obviously you need to eliminate the wiring or track problem(s) causing loss of power.
The SoundTraxx MC2H104AT is a SoundTraxx mobile decoder. It has no sound files.

I bought a Soundtraxx replacement decoder for the Atlas Genset MC2H104AT and can't figure how to get the lights or ditch lights to come on and to stay on during operating mode. Each time my Genset hits a tiny power loss spot, the lights go out. I have to put them all on again using my NCE cab. I reset the decoder and now nothing comes on. Anybody have any stories to tell about this decoder?
