Yes, I think that would work. Connect the center (common) post to either rail inside the loop, and the outer posts to the track bus outside the loop.

I'm in the process of wiring one of my reversing loops with a PSX-AR to control the polarity of the loop and to automatically activate the Tortoise machine switch to the WYE allowing for the train to depart the loop. In the instructions for the PSX-AR it is mentioned that you can use two momentary normally opened pushbutton switches to create a short to "manually" switch the points of the Wye to basically reset the switch to it's normal or alternate position. I'm not very good with electronics so here is my question: Could I do the same with a single K123 Momentary SPDT center off both sides (on)/off/(on) switch from LED-Switch.com instead of two pushbutton switches? I'm going to use bipolar LED lights on the fascia to indicate the switch position but I've got that figured out.
