You should not need a decoder specifically designed for a coreless motor. Bemf compensation requires different settings to work well with coreless motors, so if your decoders have bemf you may want to try changing the settings or even just turning bemf compensation off.
Aren't the Faulhaber motors coreless motors? If so, you're going to need a decoder that is made specifically for that type. Zimo decoders are where I would turn.
