So the two units work OK when on different tracks and in consist when together on the same track? But when not in consist the same two locos have a problem? Or is it something different?

The shutdown every few seconds indicates the PowerCab is seeing a short circuit. Are you able to run the loco from one loop to the other one or does it start cycling off when you throw the turnouts to let it move onto the other track?

I have two very large loops of track with cross overs (Swithes) in diffrent locations, i can run two trains, one on each track even mued engines on the same track with no problem, but if i try and run two non mued engines on the same track it stops and starts every 2-3 seconds I have NCE SB5 booster and a NCE Powercab allso i have the NCE breaker installed.

Any help please
