Thank all,

I am actually considering putting a WOW sound decoder in a Bachmann 2-8-0 Consolidation.

I installed a TCS WOWsound decoder in a Broadway Limited 2-8-2 and right from the start I was happy with the exhaust synchronization. I didn't have to make any CV changes at all.

Just my experience... Ed

Chuff synchronisation
Posted by Guy Papillon on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 11:56 AM

I just looked at the TCS video showing how to synchronize the chuff of a steam loco with the WOW sound decoder, without having to install a cam.

Did anyone try it? Is it that simple? Does it really work?
