Got any pictures? The only ones that seem to be out there are all the old Kato drive ones witht he plastic 'board" and installing decoders in them. Can't find a nice clear shot of the Atlas board in the new ones with Loksound.

The factory mother boards for the 21-pin decoders are entirely different than the Select Direct boards. I only have experience (so far) with the Rapido 21-pin mother boards - I don't know what the Atlas versions even look like yet.
If it's anything like the Rapido mother board, there should be pads on it indicating the outputs for AUX1, AUX2, AUX3 and AUX4.

They're all the same, though if it has a 21 pin connector it's probably a Select 21MTC. It has 6 function outputs, and all are brought through the 21 pin connector. Whether or not Intermountain's circuit board has pads for those extra functions is the real question.
If it's a Select Direct (there would just be wires connecting the pickups, motor, and lights, not any plug-in connectors) then the extra function pads are on the side, towards the front, past the motor and speaker connections. Pretty sure though that Intermountain has their own circuit board that the decoder plugs in to.
Which Loksound decoder do you have?
