Sorry. There is no tender with the EMD NW2.
I'll second the decoder reset suggestion. It happens all the time. And resetting the decoder brings it back to life.
There should be a manual reset button inside the tender. Read the manual.

I've had a decoder reset its adress to 3 when a short occured on the layout.Not common but it happened.I'd try re-writing CV29 and the adress...who knows?
I have a Broadway NW2 that has stopped running, no indication of power anywhere, I am using Lenz for the DCC. Previously this engine was of good service. Not sure what happened, Any suggestions are appreciated.
