Hi All,

Has anybody had any problems with this company called BeNscale, they specifying in Nscale signals and models, it's very hard to get answers from them, and there signals(at least for me)don't work, do anybody have the magical touch on how to contact these folks,???

 WHat's not working? From their web page, they appear to be LEDs. LEDs require a resistor, they have a chart showing what values to use with various power supply voltages. LEDs are also polarity sensitive, it DOES matter which wire goes to + and which to -. If you used the proper resistors, and hooked them up backwards, no harm done, just flip the wires around.
