Does the athearn sd70ace come wired for alternating ditch lights? i have tried everything in decoder pro and cant get them to alternate with the horn. If it doesnt what wires do i need to change thanks.
No it doesn't. You'll need to wire each ditch light to a separate function output (F5 & F6) and then using decoder pro program them to do their thing
My Athearn Genesis SD70 came programed for the flashing ditchlights/horn function, on an NS loco.
You can also program the Tsunami manually, to do it. The Tsunami users manual which is available online tells you what CDs to program, and what values. I did it to another loco, using the online Tsunami instructions.
