You'll have to research the Tsunami decoder reference manual that is available on their web site to see what function key activates the doppler effect, and then check your EasyDCC manual to see if it supports that function. The older EasyDCC system I have does not support function keys above F8, though it's possible to perform function mapping in the decoder.
I bought a Tsunami decoder for 1st generation the first generation EMD 567 and have CVP Easy DCC though I have not installed either. Would I be able to get the doppler effect on the horn?

LokSound and Tsunami both offer doppler effect, but you must also have a DCC system than can initiate the doppler effect through a Function setting.
I heard a model diesel horn the other day with the doppler effect, though it may have been simulated, IMO, sounded pretty cool. What brand decoders offer that? Also, what decoders offer more realistic "run out" (term?) or other special effecrts for a steam whistle?
