trnj:

Simple solution: switch to NCE. Sorry if that seems flipant to you but if you have had both MRC controllers go south, one of them apparently twice, then there is a message there.

Cure for problem with Prodigy Express controller
Posted by trnj on Monday, February 10, 2014 7:03 PM

The "throttle" knob on my MRC Prodigy Express handheld DCC controller has become relatively unresponsive.  I sent one of my two back to MRC some time ago and it worked for awhile. The second one has the same issue now.  It seems when I put downward pressure on the knob while turning it, it works a little better.  Is there any way to adjust this feature?  I sure miss the "old" Model Rectifier stuff made in NJ.
