I purchased two GE C30-7 locos from Broadway Limited in Sept 2013. I have a digitrax super empire builder, my throttle is a DT400 ( only 12 functions )
When I turn track power on lights come on every time and I have to turn them off. Also when I turn the lights off the ditch lights and the rear number board stay on. I tried function 7 to turn off ditch lights but they just stay on all the time. Hopefully someone here knows about changing CV'S and can help me, or has ran into this problem. I know the first response will be to call Broadway Limited for tech. support. I have called three times in three days and spent over 1 1/2 hours on hold. Gave up and thought I would see if you guys could help me.
