Sprogg/JMRI decoder definitions

I'm using JRMI and I'm looking for decoder definitions for Digitrax DN135.  It's not in the list when I click on "Read type from decoder" -anyone know if there's a fix/update available?

  I have not seen one - I use a DH163 definition as it is a 'series 3' type of decoder - it works fine on my engines.

 If you have the latest production version of JMRI and iot isn;t in there, just pick a similar one. The CVs are all the same across all the Digitrax decoders, the main difference being the total number of functions.

 I understand wanting to keep the specific decoder so you know what you put in the loco, but lately there seems to be a flurry of activity on the JMRI list about sound decoders, specfically Loksound. The CVs in Loksound decoders don;t change depending on what sound file is loaded, the decoders are all the same, and rather than select every possible sound set from a list (requiring an update every time they add new sounds), I'm beginning to think that field should be one you just type in what you have. Similarly with other brands that have a wide array of form factors yet they all have the exact same sets of CVs - that's why you get a huge list when you detect a Digitrax, they don;t use a different version to identify every physical decoder, and that, probably an oversight by the NMRA DCC people, is not somethign that is provided for. There's an assigned manufacturer ID that each manufacturer must use their assigned ID for, and there is a version field, but version would refer more to changes in the decoder firmware over its production life, featured added or removed, which can adjust the display of the CV panes. But there's not a CV for 'model number' which could be used to automatically identify the specific decoder you have, thus something with a Digitrax manufacturer ID opens up the whole list and expects you to pick on. Same with TCS, all with a given version number have the same CVs but the physical decoder could be a T1, an MC2, an A4X, whatever.
