I have just purchased a Digitrax sound decoder (SDN144KOA) for my N scale Kato P42. I am not sure the best place to put the speaker, and the provided instructions deal only with another locomotive (E8) are are of no help. Has anyone put one of these decoders in an N P42? Where did you have best luck placing the speaker?
