The fact that MRC "can't find theirs" or that their decoder manuals aren't available in .pdf form on their web site should send up a red flag. This sort of thing should be readily available online to all buyers and potential buyers of their decoders.

I'm not really sure what you're asking for when you say "install instructions."
Every decoder uses the same install procedures and same color coded wires, which are NMRA standard colors.
