i got a bachmann dcc daylight that i wood like to put a sound decoder in. i was thinking about a soundtraxx heavy steam or maybe the one they have for the daylight but what i was wanting to now is how hard is it going to be to install the 2 headlight for the mars light effect. this loco only one led in it

I would think that anything would be easier to install in daylight, I mean, you know, you cannot see very much by moonlight.

The Bachmann 4-8-4 Daylight models are very difficult to work with when it comes to modifying the lights.

Sound in the tender would be an easy task if it is a recent "DCC On Board" model, but adding another light to the front of the boiler would require major surgery.

From videos of the real 4-8-4 Daylight locomotive, I don't recall it having two separate headlights.
