Not sure which Trainmaster unit you may have. Atlas does service parts for most of their locos.
I see that you haven't received an answer to your question yet. Sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns and try something yourself. Look at the instructions and the picture of the locomotive parts. This should help you figure out how to remove the contact wiper and straighten it out. Just take it slow and easy and don't apply too much force. I have repaired quite a few N scale locomotives by studying the exploded parts view, but not your type of locomotive.
You may have to remove the light board first because they hold some of the contact strips in place. Just remember to reassemble it in the same order you took it apart, with the parts orientated in the original direction. Photos and sketches while you are taking it apart help. (To take the light board out, you may have to spread the frame apart some.)
The worst thing that could happen is you break something and have to send it in for repair.

I've got an N scale Atlas Trainmaster with a contact strip that does not line up correctly on one of the trucks. It is on just one of the pick up points on one of the trucks. The contact strip appears to be slightly bent outward.
My question is, how difficult is it to remove a contact strip from an Atlas Locomotive?? I've got the cover off, just never gone beyond that. If there is a discussion on this, I'd like to read it. OR should I find a repair service. thanks in advance.
