jmk,

You should work just fine for you.  Since you have your incandescents hooked up to the DC side of your power pack, you should dial them down to ~50-55% power.  Plenty bright enough for illumination and it will extend the life of the bulb immensely.

BTW, you can type milliamps as "mA".  A capital "M" means "Mega" rather than "milli":

  • milliamp = 0.001A (amps)
  • Mamps = 1,000,000A (amps)

Is this recommened?

I have a rail power 1300 power supply and another separate powersupply rated at 12 volts 300 Mamps... The railpower 1300 is rated at 15VDC and 19Vac wIth total OUTPUT 7VA  Total amps is 750 Millamps........ i have about 16 model power lights (peel and stick) connected to the DC supply and walthers traffic light on the AC.

The second supply,(12 volts 300 Mamps) i only have 8 lights by wathers......i dont know the exact Mamps, however, i think there 30 each.      Are these power supplies recommeneded or should i go higher?      thanks
