The NCE recovery resets CVs to know values programming the actual CVs, rather than using a 'reset' CV in the decoder. You probably shouldn;t use this with non-NCE decoders because while certain CVs are common across all decoders, there are others that are not standardized and setting one of those to what for an NCE decoder is a nice safe default setting might do odd things to other decoders. If at all possible, stick with the specific decoder's reset option, if it has one.

What NCE system do you have that uses the term Recovery Programming?   I could not find that term anywhere in the Power Pro System Reference Manual or an NCE decoder manual.

Somebody know what is the meaning of the NCE Recovery Programming? What´s the difference to the reset? Thanks.
