I have a large, strickly DC layout with two DC main lines. I have a 30 year old double levered transformer that handles the two main lines. I switched, and sold alll of my old engines, and bought all new engines over the past few years to include sound, such as Walthers proto, Athearn Genesis, Paragon steam, and Intermountain brand engines. I have been told that I could get a MRC Tech 6 6.0 system to use more sound devices and to have a walk around. I dont mind having a plug in system with a 10 ft cord at certain locations. I usually just mainline, by putting 3 to 5 engines in front of a long train. My question is, is the MRC tech 6. 6.0 system the one I want. thank you. Jim
