Hot soapy water and a toothbrush to scrub off the grease. I would not use anything stronger for risk of damaging the plastic.

I pray every day I break even, Cause I can really use the money!
I started with nothing and still have most of it left!
Use canned AIR to blow out the small pieces.
BIG JERR So the pcs are non magnetic and very small , would soaking in alcohol and a fine brush be the ticket after full disassembly of gear pods ? since its non magnetic it shouldn't get in the bushes or would it ?

Jerry,
Mineral spirits would be better than alcohol. I would flush/rinse/swish everything afterward in alcohol though. [Edit: I agree with the canned air comment below]

Time...It marches on...without ever turning around to see if anyone is even keeping in step.
yesterday I videoed a install I did on a p2k gp unit and noted a clicking sound ,gears again . so I opened up and changed out today but clicking still there ,opened back up and found metal chips in the gears box's, I guess using a shop vac and masking tape while doing some minor dremel work on the frameweight was NOT a good idea to save a bit a time, rather than disassembling .now I get to take it completely apart
help thanks Jerry
