I think the wheels were touching a 1/2 rectangular metal weight I added under the undercarriage. I will fix that problem by either removing the weight or to put tape over the weight to cover the metal.

Upgrading IHC GG1

I installed a Digitrax SDH164D decoder on my IHC GG1. I put it on the track to program it and it chirps. Why and how do I fix this problem. I believe I connected all the wires correctly. I will appreciate any help.
