How to create consist with IPod Withrottle.

Today I tried to consist 2 locos using my Ipod with the full version of
Withrottle. Unfortunately even though the consist is built, I am unable to set
and run it. Furthermore when I delete the consist (garbage can), Cv19 does not
get set to zero (0). Anyone can show me how to do it and also how to use
Universal Consisting with that app?
