I'm going to assume that you recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 9 (IE9). In order for your posts to become visible for everyone to read them, what you need to do is to go up to the top of the page and click the "torn page" icon just to the right of the URL (web address) box.
Once you do that, IE9 will run an emulated version of IE8 so that the forum software can understand it. Currently the forum software is NOT compatible with IE9.
