O.K fellas, I get it...looking at the torn sheet of paper symbol that is in the upper left hand corner, the icon is dark blue, if I click on that icon it goes to grey.  Do I post my message when it is dark blue or grey when I use the compatibility feature...Thanks all.  by the way it is dark blue now

Upper right corner, at the end of the address line click the icon that looks like a torn sheet of paper.  You will only have to do it once.  That will eliminate the problem.

Like I was saying, no need for browser warfare, just use the compatibility option.  :)

I think the problem isn't a my-browser-is-better-than-yours argument.  There appears to be an incompatibility between Internet Explorer 9 and this forum - resulting in blank posts.

There is nothing wrong with Internet Explorer.  There is no reason to start a food fight over which browser is best.

Quit fooling around with IE. Get Firefox and be done with it. Let IE run just for auto updates that Microsoft does.

Lloyd:

In the upper right hand corner of your browser, at the end of the address bar, there is an icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. Click on it one time.  It will help the Trains website, which doesn't work well with the newest Internet Explorer version.
