Help with lights only decoder

Hello all,

            I am about to attempt to add a TCS lights only decoder to a loco with an existing decoder. I plan to use the TCS for the rear ditch lights that are currently attached to the rear headlight. I would like to have the ditch lights flash when the horn is sounded just like the current decoder works, but am a little fuzzy when it comes to the CV programming. Any suggestions or hints would be greatly appreciated.

You may try the additional programing guide off the TCS web site. http://tcsdcc.com/public_html/Customer_Content/Technical_Info/Tech_Manuals/Additional.pdf This will give you the values to add to whatever CV controls the wire in your function decoder.
