 Hamltnblue:

Make sure the rails are the same polarity with Rail A on the same rail

Also make sure both are selected to the N scale voltage which is lower than HO.

Is there an echo in here?

David B

No but having rail a and rail b wires going to the same rail is a short. Smile, Wink & Grin

Did you use a data style straight through loconet cable to connect the command station to the second booster? A reversed cable will  put your boosters out of phase. Get the proper cable or just swap the Rail A and Rail B leads on the second booster.

Finally made the big move to divide the layout using two Digitrax Zephers into two power districts. However when ever my engines go over the divides they either stop, hesitate or make that ZZ noise before moving on. I model in N scale and have tried using both plastic dividers and just cutting a divide in both rails using a moto tool, same results Any ideas what up.
