Track power, same as the other UP/UR panels. It's an extra source of power for a thrttle plugged in to the jack on the front (the other two being the included PS14 wall wart and the railsync lines int eh Loconet cable). They're also hooked to that LED on the front labeled Track Status so you cna use track connections to the screws to verify that power is on in the section it's attached to.

Track power will power a UR91 but if power is off, so is the UR91. Makes it very hard to turn track power back on with a radio throttle.  So,  track power can be hooked up or not.Just make sure the UR91 also has a PS12 or PS14 plugged in.

I didn't hook the terminals at my home layout or the club. Might be to power off of the rails but the manual doesn't give that option.  You're good to go so enjoy.

Just purchased a UR 92 and a 402D for my Zepher. Noticed on the back of the UR 92 that there are two terminals for rails. Of course being I could not find anything in the manual nor on the Digatrax web site I did not hook them up, just wondering when and what they used for.

Seems to work great, but while running three trains by myself...in need of repairing a couple of pilots LOL (just kidding)

Thanks for your reply in advance. Take care...John
