Jack,

Yes...but ONLY in POM mode.  The SB3a overrides the command station in the Power Cab so you lose Programming Track mode when the Power Cab is connected to a UTP panel.  You'll still need the PCP panel for addressing decoders on the programming track.

Assuming the PCP Panel is damaged. Is it at all possible to program decoders on the main with a PowerCab/SB3a combo?
