Has anyone installed a Soundtraxx kt1000 into a Kato SD70, thinking about it but have my fears in doing do.  Canott figure out where the speaker would go.. Any help greatly appreciated.  Thank you...

The below link "might" help. There are three Kato's in there, just not yours. The frames "might" be similar.

Store the link in Favorites. Look at all his pages as he has a lot of good DCC info. Bruce use to own Litchfield Station.

Check the fuel tank.  Late run Kato's have a place for a speaker in the fuel tank.

I could not find any photos on Kato's web page to check.

Thanks for you response, but I have no idea what you mean.  Cut the light tube and mount LED to the baffle?  Sounds very foreign.  Thanks...
