How Do I Install DCC Decoder in "N" Scale Rivarossi/Con Cor Big Boy

Good Evening and Welcome to 2011

Can anyone give me any direction on how and where I would install the DCC decoder in the "N" Scale Rivarossi/Con Cor Big Boy.  I would assume that the only place is in the tender.
