If it's like other Bachmann locos I have there are two small screws holding the fuel tank on. Take these out and remove the fuel tank. You should see two more screws that in two corners of the chassis. Take these out and the body shell should come off easily.

I just got my new gp7 from bachman.  I took off the two couplers and tried taking off the shell to install a new decoder.  I must be missing a hidden screw but the shell does not want to come off.  CAN ANYONE HELP?  THANKS IN ADVANCE  BRIAN
